Visitors cannot quickly understand what you offer

Open your homepage as if you were a new customer. Can you identify the services, the target audience and what to do next? If the message is buried in vague wording, a new structure may help more than a simple colour change.

The mobile experience becomes difficult

Check your pages on a real phone: text, menus, forms and buttons. If important information is hard to find or the form is difficult to complete, the redesign should start with the mobile experience.

The website no longer reflects today's business

Services, portfolios and positioning change. A website showing old projects or promising something different from what you deliver can create confusion. Updating the content is sometimes enough; other times, the page architecture needs to be rebuilt.

There is no clear path to contact

An interested customer should quickly find how to contact you and what happens after submitting an enquiry. Review your service pages, calls to action and form. An attractive page does not solve a confusing process.

Before you begin

Note which pages have value, which questions you receive frequently and the main goal of the new site. Keep useful URLs or prepare redirects for replaced pages. A good redesign starts with content and goals, then takes on a new visual form.
