About MOAD services
MOAD is the trading brand through which LUMAROHUB SRL provides strategy, design, web development, hosting and maintenance services. The features, timelines and price of each project are set out in the proposal and contract.
Website subscription
The EUR 149/month offer applies to eligible projects and is subject to the conditions set out in the proposal or contract, including the minimum term, page limits and included time for changes. Special features and the domain may incur separate costs.
Content and responsibilities
The client guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to the text, images, trademarks and materials they provide. MOAD is not responsible for incorrect, unlawful or late information supplied by the client.
Intellectual property and portfolio
Rights, licences and handover terms are set out in the contract. A project is published in the portfolio only within the limits permitted by the client agreement.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity and security, but third-party services, scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control may cause interruptions. Signed commercial terms take precedence over the general information here.
